On Jan. 26, 2012, ignoring a subpoena issued out of the state of Georgia, requiring his attendance at the Georgia ballot hearing challenge, Barack Obama took an “above the law” elitist attitude and went on a campaign swing starting in Arizona.

On Feb. 1, Indiana became the twenty-third state in the nation to pass a right to work law, and the first in the formerly heavily unionized rust belt to do so.

After signing the legislation, Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels released a statement saying, “The only change will be a positive one.”

“Indiana will improve still further its recently earned reputation as one of America’s best places to do business, and we will see more jobs and opportunity for our young people and for all those looking for a better life.” read on

The following is an assessment of the Obama for America 2012 campaign video.

  • · “Secretive oil billionaires (Koch brothers) attacking President Obama with ads (Solyndra) not tethered to facts”

Solyndra and other “green energy” subsidies were money-losing failures that the Obama administration knew of, long before they went bankrupt. read on

Agenda 21 is Not Conservative — Will Representative Goodlatte Take Note?

On January 14, 2012, the Republican National Committee unanimously voted to expose and condemn the United Nations Agenda 21. This may be a shock to many GOP incumbents in Congress who receive campaign donations, pre-drafted legislation, and “expert” advice from Agenda 21-inspired advocates of centralized and global human management.

The RNC resolution explains Agenda 21 as “a comprehensive plan of extreme environmentalism, social engineering and global political control, that was initiated at the [1992] United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED);….” The plan was signed by President George H.W. Bush, and has been supported actively by the Clinton, Bush and Obama administrations. Agenda 21 has never been endorsed by the U.S. Senate, and is not U.S. law. read on

Guantanamo Bay Naval Station, Cuba—The U.S. military tribunal hearing al-Qaeda operative Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri’s capital punishment trial convened for two days last week to rule on a series of pretrial motions. Al-Nashiri is charged with orchestrating the 2000 attack on the Navy destroyer USS Cole and a Pentagon intelligence report describes him as one of al-Qaeda’s most skilled, capable and prolific operational coordinators.

The Yemen national was formally charged in November and Judicial Watch was approved by the Department of Defense (DOD) to monitor the arraignment in a top security courtroom at Guantanamo Bay Naval Station. Read about that here. JW also traveled to Gitmo for last week’s two-day hearing, which focused largely on protecting Al-Nashiri’s rights. read on

Today is Sunday before the primary election in Florida. My phone is hot to the touch as media outlets and candidate consultants reach out to hear what I have to say. This is the strangest experience of my life and I need to share it with you. Why is it strange? Because I am just Billie. I am no one special. I have never run for office. I am a Daughter, a Sister, a Wife, a Mother, a Business Owner, a Tea Party Founder and most of all, a Christian. Who the heck am I to be playing at this level in the biggest political game of our country?

I did not plan to be a “tea party leader.” It just happened. It happened because in 2008 when John McCain suspended his campaign to return to Washington, I knew right then and there – our country was in deep trouble. As a consultant to CEOs and executives, I knew those words were leading us to a troubled situation that needed a turnaround strategy. read on

RE: Georgia Presidential Preference Primary Hearings

Dear Mr. Jablonski:

I received your letter expressing your concerns with the manner in which the Office of State Administrative Hearings (“OSAH”) has handled the candidate challenges involving your client and advising me that you and your client will “suspend” participation in the administrative proceeding. While I regret that you do not feel that the proceedings are appropriate, my referral of this matter to an administrative law judge at OSAH was in keeping with Georgia law, and specifically O.C.G.A. § 21-2-5. read on

In its push to help the increasingly powerful La Raza movement the Obama Administration is dedicating over a million and a half dollars to restore Chicano murals—some featuring renowned communists—in one state and cancelling more than 1,600 deportations in two others.

It’s part of the administration’s ongoing effort to cater to the influential open borders lobby, which has benefitted handsomely since one of its top officials (National Council of La Raza Vice President Cecilia Muñoz) got a job in the Obama White House. Earlier this month the president elevated Muñoz from White House Director of Intergovernmental Affairs to the more powerful and prestigious post of Domestic Policy Director. read on

In the Chicago Tribune article, “OWI Propaganda Machine Linked to Rhodes Men” (July 31, 1951), one reads that after the federal government’s Office of War Information broke up following World War II, many of its former employees went into other government departments, but most went into the radio and publishing fields, where “those who absorbed the [Elmer] Davis [head of OWI who had been a Rhodes scholar] training have pushed the British concept of policing the world with American soldiers and economic aid and have fought for a world federation under which the United States would surrender its sovereignty.” Then, a few weeks later in September 1951, the World Association of Parliamentarians for World Government (WAPWG) was founded (Clark’s 1958 co-author Lewis Sohn would be a legal consultant to the organization). read on
