Grass Roots North Carolina  has just filed a motion for summary judgment on the lawsuit challenging the North Carolina State of Emergency law. By asking the court to dispense with this matter by preemptively ruling in our favor, GRNC throws down the gauntlet on this unconstitutional law.

While it may not succeed, GRNC establishes the first step along the road to removing this blight to your rights. The State of Emergency law provides for a suspension of your right to keep and bear arms except within your own property during a declared State of Emergency. read on

Law-abiding Americans who work and learn in our education system face the threat of violence every day. The shootings at Columbine High School and Virginia Tech crystallize the issue.
